Winsor defines diversity as a core value. Walk into any homeroom or office, and you’ll find posters of our Principles of Diversity statement. The principles guide our curriculum and spell out what we affirm and teach. They explain how Winsor cherishes respect, responsibility, and generosity of spirit.
