The Red Sox welcomed back Winsor's Small Chorus to perform the National Anthem at the Boston-Tampa Bay game on May 25, 2012, continuing what's become almost an annual tradition. Hearing the appreciative roar of the sell-out crowd afterward was "overwhelming, humbling and awesome," reflects Lisa Taillacq, Winsor's music director and Eleanor Thomas Nelson '49 Fine Arts Chair. This year marks the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park, which opened the year after Winsor's move to Pilgrim Road. It's the seventh time—and fourth in the last six years—that Small Chorus has performed at the school's century-old neighbor.
