Parents' Association
Every Winsor parent is a member of the Parents' Association, a group that actively supports the school and its events. The PA provides assistance to the School through volunteer activities, organization of social gatherings and assistance at various Winsor events.
The organization of the Parents' Association consists of two co-chairs, one for Lower School and one for Upper School, the Upper and Lower School class representatives, and four liaisons, one for each of four major areas for school activities and support. These four areas are:
- the Parent Network for Diversity (PND)
- Campus Service
- Community Service and Communications
- Special Events
Parents' Association officers and committees meet as needed throughout the year.
Mission of the Parents' Association:
The mission of the Winsor School Parents' Association is to promote a strong, integrated, diverse community of parents, faculty, staff, and students to benefit the education of our daughters. Through programs and special events, the Parents' Association supports the mission of the School.
Working in concert with the School, the Parents' Association seeks to foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community for all Winsor families. The Parents' Association facilitates communication between parents and the School while providing opportunities for parents to connect with one another, broaden their understanding of the School, and make positive contributions through their volunteer efforts.
