Technology at Winsor

The technology department works to facilitate the effective integration of technology into all academic areas. We do this by providing teachers with one-on-one or group instruction in academic technology. This helps the faculty to leverage available resources and to think creatively about their subject areas. Also, we give students access to the school network, the Internet and other computer equipment and programs for work related to the curriculum.

The Winsor community has access to PC labs (including a multi-media lab), Mac labs, a new video lab and recording studio, as well as mobile laptop carts. Teachers and students connect wirelessly to school resources and make use of projectors and Smart Boards available in classrooms. We are committed to making technology a useful tool in the classroom as a way to support Winsor’s school-wide curricula.
