The Winsor School
A leading school for academically promising girls in grades 5-12

Get Involved

Alumnae are the link to Winosrs heritage, and the key to our future. We welcome your involvement and support and invite you to join us whenever you can. Alumnae volunteer opportunities include participating in our networking events, mentoring a senior for their ILE project, Reunion Weekend activities, serve as a Class Liaison, or join one of several Alumnae committees.

Alumnae Association & Board

All Winsor alumnae automatically receive membership in the Alumnae Association, regardless of whether they graduated from the school. Established more than 100 years ago as the Graduate Club, the Alumnae Association changed to its current name in the 1960s and stopped charging dues in order to include all alumnae.

Winsor’s Alumnae Board is the governing body of the Alumnae Association, and works in partnership with the school’s Alumnae Office to create programming that connects alumnae in learning and friendship. Alumnae Board members are elected by the Alumnae Association and may serve up to two consecutive terms of three years each. Meetings are open to any interested alumnae.

Alumnae Board Nominations
If you or someone you know would like to get involved with the Alumnae Board, you may nominate yourself or another alumna using our online form. Nominations may be submitted year-round, but the annual deadline is November 1.

Young Alumnae Committee

The Young Alumnae Committee (YAC) serves the interests of alumnae who have graduated in the past 15 years, providing a resource for networking, social events, and educational and volunteer opportunities. All interested young alumnae are welcome to attend any of the committee’s meetings throughout the year.

The YAC consists of three sub-committees that focus on philanthropy, social events and networking. The committee is led by two co-chairs and each sub-committee is led by at least one chair. Members plan events and strategize ways to engage other young alumnae and to support the school.

Please contact Lily Cole-Chu, constituent relations coordinator, at 617-912-1362 or if you are interested in becoming involved.
