Spread Kindness

Christina Baudis, Wellness Department Head
It seems that everyday we are faced with more concern and worry in this world. It is stressful, confusing, and complicated and sometimes we are left hopeless. October was anti-bullying month, also know as “Spread Kindness” month. In Health classes at Winsor, students have been discussing the importance of kindness and how a simple act can make a big difference in someone’s life. Kindness is contagious, builds empathy, and strengthens community. Talk to your kids about kindness. Encourage them to ask themselves each day, “How will I impact someone’s life in a positive way today?”
