PA Monthly Town Hall Features DEI Update

Thank you to the 75 families who attended the December Monthly Town Hall with Julian Braxton, Director of Community and Inclusion, and Kate Caspar, Associate Head of School. Mr. Braxton shared insight on the meaningful, intentional DEI conversations and work taking place at Winsor today, outlining initiatives driven by students, faculty, and alumnae, as well as more broadly in line with the school’s long-standing diversity mission and objectives. Following Mr. Braxton, Ms. Casper shared a valuable update on a comprehensive inventory now underway to assess the past, present, and future planning of Winsor’s DEI programming and support structures.
