Lower School Community Service

This winter, in lieu of in-person community service events, each Lower School Class is participating in a virtual community service project.

In December, Class I completed their virtual project with the Pine Street Inn, collecting gift cards, items for the pantry, baked goods, and cleaning supplies.

Class III students wrote postcards to alums from the Classes of the 1940s and 1950s, sharing stories and details about life at Winsor today. As part of the project, the students also had the opportunity to hear from Winsor alumna Betsy Bragg '52, who shared details and images of Winsor when she was a student.

In January, Class II and Class IV will complete their projects supporting the Ellis Memorial School/Child Care Center and Catie's Closet.
