We are excited to get to know you. Below, you'll find information about events and opportunities to learn about our community. Be sure to register through your Ravenna account to join us for our events.
Thursday, October 8 from 5:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Join us on campus to kick off the 2026–27 admission season. Families will enjoy ballpark snacks, learn about Winsor offerings by collecting trading cards, preview our school via mini stadium tours, and connect with the team that makes Winsor unique—our students and faculty.
Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. Visit our event page to learn more and reserve your spot.
Winsor's 2026 Virtual Open House will take place on Wednesday, November 18.

Our Winsor Wednesdays webinar program provides students and families the opportunity to hear from and ask questions of our community members while learning about different aspects of the Winsor experience. Prospective students and families of all grade levels are welcome to log on.
Wednesday, September 16 at 7:00 p.m. E.S.T: Admission and Financial Aid 101. Celebrate the launch of the 2026-27 admission season! Meet the team that will help support you on your admission journey, learn about the timeline, and understand the basics of need-based financial aid. Admission staff will also offer candid advice for positioning yourself for success in the application and interview process. Click here to register.
Wednesday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m. E.S.T: Starting Winsor in Grade 9. While Winsor has a Lower School, we welcome a new cohort of Class V (Grade 9) students each year. Join us on December 16 at 7:30 p.m. to hear from Upper School students who started at Winsor in Class V about the academic and social transition, the systems and supports that set them up for success, and the advice they have for students joining our community. This event is open to prospective Upper School students and their families. Registration is now open in Ravenna.
Wednesday, January 6 at 7:00 p.m. E.S.T: Beyond Winsor - Voices of Graduates. What are the benefits of a Winsor education? Join our final Winsor Wednesday on January 6 at 7:00 p.m. to hear from graduates about how Winsor prepared them for college and university and inspired their next steps. This event is open to all prospective students and their families. Registration is now open in Ravenna.
School tours are only available to students and families who are eligible to apply to Winsor for Fall 2027 entry. If your student is not yet in fourth grade and you wish to learn about the school early, we encourage you to register for our Winsor Admission Season Opener event.
School tours are self-booked by families in Ravenna on a first-come, first-served basis. Tours are only opened up for booking a few weeks at a time. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please email our office.
After filing the Preliminary Application in Ravenna, applicants will be prompted to register for the next available group interview date.
The group interview, offered at all admission entry points, is in lieu of a traditional one-on-one interview.
Our Brownies and… series welcomes students who have submitted a Preliminary Application to campus for a casual opportunity to experience a Winsor event while enjoying a signature Winsor brownie. Pre-registration in Ravenna is required, and space will be limited. Registration will open about two weeks prior to each event.

Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 p.m. Boston University Academy, Commonwealth School, and The Winsor School Virtual Joint Information Session
We welcome your family to join Directors of Admission from Boston University Academy, Commonwealth School, and Winsor School for a virtual event to learn more about our academic programs and unique communities. We will share information about our respective schools and outline our plans for our engaging and exciting admission processes this year. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A.
Saturday, September 19 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. BC High Middle and High School Admissions Fair.
Meet representatives from Winsor at this large-scale school fair featuring over 70 different independent schools.
Wednesday, October 21 at 7:00 p.m. Boston Independent School Collaborative Virtual School Fair.
Join us to hear from a panel of Admissions Directors from 19 Boston-area Independent Schools talk about mission-driven education, high academic standards, individualized student experiences, educating the whole child, and other topics relevant to the applicant’s journey towards enrollment. The program will begin with a panel, followed by zoom meeting rooms to allow families to connect with individual schools and learn more about their specific programs and admission processes.
