Winsor in Boston

Our School in the City

With our campus in a city-central location at the intersection of Longwood and Brookline Avenues, the Winsor community draws students from around the corner in Boston, along with those from cities and towns throughout the greater metro area. And while the majority of Winsor community life takes place on campus, our students also have ample opportunities to engage with the city beyond our walls. Student programming offers connections with all that Boston has to offer. Students have access to volunteer opportunities and internships with community-based service organizations, and world-class museums, performance venues, and academic institutions act as off-campus classrooms.ย

Local Impact

Winsor's city-central location means unique opportunities for students to learn, play, and volunteer in and around Bostonโ€”building connections with others far beyond our campus.

Community Engagement Opportunities

Allegroโ€ฌ

Baldwin Club connects Winsorโ€ฌโ€ญ students with younger students from across theโ€ฌ city. Our students help their young peers with homework and extracurriculars.

Boston Outreach

Boston Outreach connects Winsorโ€ฌ students to the Greater Boston community by organizing events and volunteer opportunities with community-service organizations throughout the city.

Greater Boston Food Bank

The Greater Boston Food Bank Club provides an opportunity for Winsor students to visit the Greater Boston Food Bank andโ€ฌ help in the organizationโ€™s mission to end hunger by providing healthy food to our neighbors in need.

Mt. Pleasant

Named for the Mt. Pleasant Home in Jamaica Plain, this community service club connects Winsor students with the residentsโ€ฌ of the home so they can create meaningful connections with members of the elderly community in Boston.
