Nicole Fitzpatrick is executive vice president and chief legal officer at Dynatrace. Prior to joining Dynatrace, Nicole spent 13 years with Akamai Technologies, most recently serving as the chief ESG officer and deputy general counsel, and 12 years working in private practice, including as a partner at Goodwin Procter and as a junior partner and associate at WilmerHale. She was honored with a Leader in the Law Award by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Nicole earned degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law and Boston College. She serves her community by sitting on the Advisory Board of the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts, and she formerly served on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Meadowbrook School, the board of directors of Girls on the Run Greater Boston, and as the chair of the Business Transactions and the Securities Law Subcommittee of the Boston Bar Association. Nicole and her husband, Robert, have four daughters, three of whom are Winsor students and one who is a recent graduate.
