On Monday, February 5, 2018, Virginia Wing, one of the most iconic figures in Winsor's long history, passed away at age 94. She served the school for 36 years before retiring as director in 1988. A celebration of her life will be held Sunday, March 11, at 1 p.m. at Winsor.

Winsor Upper School students joined together to stage a walk-out today in solidarity with the students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas School in Parkland, Fla. The violence and tragedy weigh heavily on the minds of students and educators across the country, and Winsor students felt compelled to add their voices to the national discussion and stand up for stronger gun control.
