Hooray! A new issue of the Winsor Banner dropped today. The Winsor Banner is a student-run newspaper, led by Editor-in-Chief Leela Uppulari `26, and Executive Editors Louisa Furman `26 and Lara do Rosario `26. They release it bi-monthly with articles that cover Winsor events, reviews of popular films, and tackle the global stories most relevant to the youth of Boston. Mr. Cox and Robotics organized and hosted the largest Bots โn` Tea Party to date this past weekend! Winsor beat the previous attendance record by 10 teams. The event featured both Upper School and Lower School Robotics members, with an exciting amount of collaboration among the students. The Upper School students mentored Lower Schoolers during the competition as they worked to troubleshoot problems with their robots.

In celebration of World Board Game Day, these Lower School advisories took some time out of their busy days and joined together to play board games!

Coach Bushman and the entire basketball program (grades 6โ12) spent Sunday afternoon at the Boston College Conte Forum. The junior varsity and varsity teams had an exclusive tour of the Boston College Eagles Womenโs Basketball practice facilities. The Lower School teams had their five minutes of fame scrimmaging each other at halftime of the ACC Opener, Boston College vs. UVA. The athletes had an amazing time, bonding with each other over the love of the game and seeing what it takes to compete at the highest collegiate level.
